Brian started his career in supply chain as a sorter operator for Coca-Cola. The hard work and constant adjustments the team had to make to hit a daily UPH goal confirmed to him that this was the environment he wanted to spend his career in. These early days led to a 4+ year commitment to Lowe’s, serving a team of 700+ team members in their performance management program and as a shift operations manager leading the outbound department in their daily ops strategy & execution.

Brian joined LogistiPoint in March 2017 and today, he is passionate about sharing and implementing what he’s learned as a team member, engineer, and operations leader to other teams seeking to develop more engaged, productive team members and front-line leaders.
