With 20 years in logistics and supply chain management, Rob Glynn is an expert in operational optimization and network design having led multiple teams to plan, develop, and implement new DC and fulfillment center designs. He is consistently on the cutting edge of new technology and automation, helping companies identify the best solution and transition smoothly and effectively.
Prior to joining LogistiPoint, Rob served as Vice President of Supply Chain Engineering at Lowe’s Home Improvement, where he worked for 15 years. During his time there he also served as the Director of Network Optimization for four years where he led a team of planners and analysts to optimize inventory flow through the network while simultaneously optimizing transportation, facilities, and store service requirements.
Now as Director here at LogistiPoint, Rob is combining his experience and knowledge to help LogistiPoint clients identify smarter network and facility designs and optimization opportunities to cut costs, boost efficiency and increase ROI.
Robs holds a Master of Industrial Engineering degree from the University of Nebraska as well as a Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from Northwestern University. He also served in the United States Navy as a naval flight officer and currently lives in Hickory, NC.
