Torre’s clients achieve optimized results in several key areas, including streamlined logistics, improved supply chain performance, enhanced logistics-asset utilization, and reduced distribution labor costs.
Before joining LogistiPoint in 2010, Torre served as Senior Partner at Kurt Salmon Associates, where he worked for over 30 years. At KSA, Torre led over 100 supply chain consulting projects for retail and consumer products companies around the world, where his clients achieved cost reductions of up to 15%, productivity improvements up to 70%, and increased labor productivity of 30-50%.
His straightforward business style, extensive consulting experience, and collaborative approach to problem-solving have made Torre a well-respected advisor, mentor, and staff-development expert. Torre received his B.S. in Industrial Engineering from the Georgia Institute of Technology and attended the Executive Development Consortium at Emory University.
